Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland

Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland [The DSM Nederland Pension Fund] (PDN) manages the pensions of all DSM companies in the Netherlands.  PDN is an independent organization managed by a board, which independently determines how the pension fund operates. The board is supervised by an internal supervisory body, which at PDN is called the College van Toezicht [board of supervision]. 
The board is accountable for its policy to an accounting body, which at PDN is called the College van Belanghebbenden [board of interested parties].  The board has delegated the actual activities of the pension fund to DSM Pension Services, although it remains accountable for everything that DSM Pension Services does.
