Death and Pension
We’d rather not think about it, but we do want to make sure that our partner and children are as well provided-for as possible after we’ve gone, particularly if the partner has insufficient income him or herself. The PDN partner’s pension can help with this.
Have you organized your affairs properly? If you co-habit and your partner is not registered with PDN, they will not receive a partner’s pension after your death. Read more about the various benefits that can be paid to your partner and children after your death. You will find information about this in the brochure “Partner's and Orphan's pension” on the right.
If you have a question about this you can e-mail our Pension Desk using the “Ask a Question” button. Or to contact us by another means use the “Contact” button. You can find detailed information about death and pension in the second chapter of the regulations.
