Leaving the Company 

If you have accrued pension with PDN but no longer work at DSM, this will also mean some pension-related changes for you. If you have found a new employer, you will accrue pension again (with another pension fund), in which case it may be useful and sensible to transfer the pension accrued with PDN to the new fund. If you haven’t accrued much pension with PDN, you can also commute the pension.
