The affilated companies
Former dsm-firmenich companies can remain affiliated with PDN. PDN has laid down the conditions under which the connection can be continued in its membership policy and in the administration agreements with the affiliated companies.
PDN sees pensions as an important condition of employment. This means that we consider the role of the employer in pensions of great importance.
Within PDN, we therefore attach great importance to the needs of the employers affiliated with our pension fund and strive to meet the employers' needs as much as possible. Only in this way can the service to the plan participants be designed at a high level of quality.
PDN has delegated the actual activities of the pension fund to DPS, although it remains accountable for everything that DPS does.
It is important in this regard that employers are supported and involved in an appropriate way in order to be able to answer participants' pension questions and guide participants through the various choices regarding pensions. To this end, DPS provides information sessions for employers, and ensures that employers can provide the basic administrative data in a correct, timely and complete manner. It supports the employer in the delivery of the required basic administrative data and work closely with the employers' HR advisors.
